This powerful breathing exercise will help you release all the hostility, frustration, and anger built up inside your body after a break-up. These negative emotions are quite common after break-ups but they can be damaging. To perform this exercise, sit comfortably and cross your legs. You can also kneel. Exhale normally and empty your stomach. Keep your lips closed and inhale deeply.
Suck in as much air as you can until you feel it fill up your throat and then hold for about 3 seconds. Open your mouth widely; sticking out your tongue and breath out all the air you had inhaled.
